We are seeking enthusiastic Bell Boys for the winter season for our clients in the Rovaniemi area. As a Bell Boy, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.
As a Bell Boy, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service to all guests,
- Greeting guests at the airport or train station and transporting them to their accommodation,
- Carrying luggage and accompanying guests to their accommodation,
- Sharing information about their accommodation, Rovaniemi and the enchanting Lapland region with guests.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude,
- Knowledge about Lapland and the surrounding areas of Rovaniemi,
- Previous experience driving in winter conditions,
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends and holidays,
- Valid driver’s license and own car (for commuting to the workplace)
- Fluent English, other languages are a plus.
You can expect:
- Competitive salary in accordance with the collective agreement,
- Fixed-term contract, depending on the workplace from November until end of March, or mid-November – mid March,
- Full-time or part-time work contract.
